Ombudsman launches new Public Sector Education program
Date posted:Victorian public sector agencies seeking to improve the way they deal with complaints and improve their overall administration are encouraged to engage with the Victorian Ombudsman’s new Public Sector Education program.
Launching on Thursday 27 October 2016 with a Masterclass: The Value of Complaints, the Victorian Ombudsman Public Sector Education program comprises interactive workshops on:
- Good complaint handling
- Dealing with conflict of interest
- Making good administrative decisions
- Managing unreasonable behaviour
The Masterclass features Victorian Ombudsman Deborah Glass in an on the couch discussion about the importance of complaints to good government administration with key public sector leaders and innovators.
Speakers at the Masterclass are:

- Anna Woods (Innovation Transition Director, ANZ Group)
- Kate Rattigan (Deputy Secretary, Department of Education)
- Ravi Dutta (Advisor, Behavioural Insights Team)
